SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer free shipping on all orders over 89 Euro. Orders below this value will be charged 5 Euros in shipping costs.
Packages are delivered within 4-7 business days from when the order was placed.
*Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availibility or unexpected delays caused by the transport company.
You will receive an e-mail when your package is shipped from our distribution center in Sweden.
We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Please note that during high season (Christmas, sales), packages may be slightly delayed.
To ensure that you don’t experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details (name, mobile number, delivery and payment address) are entered correctly.

Returns & Exchanges
If you need to exchange the product to another size or another item, we will cover the return cost and offer free shipping on your new product.
You have the right to return your order within 30 days from the date you received your package. If you regret your purchase within this time period, you can send the item back and we will refund you the amount you paid for the goods. Note that the product must be returned in the condition it was received. The product can not be used.
If you want a fully refund of money we will charge 6 euro for the return shipping cost, please use our pre-paid return label which you will get by writing to us:

If you want to exchange the product(s) to a different size, colour or style, you have to return your product(s) for a refund, and place a new order. This is to secure that the product you want is still available in store / does not get sold out in the meantime. Contact us to get a free shipping code for your new order and we will also send you a pre-paid return label.
NOTE: If you have received wrong or damaged items, we will send you new products free of charge. In case of manufacturing defects or flaws in the stitching, material, taping or zippers etc., please contact us at: contact@heartoflule.com
